A customer replies to a proposal. One teammate sees the email, another has the next meeting, and the person reviewing the deal has neither piece of context in front of them.
The work becomes harder when the conversation lives somewhere separate from the customer record.
Ariyel connects Google email and calendar information to your workspace, so relevant conversations and meetings are closer to the contacts and deals your team uses. You also choose how much of your mailbox history teammates can see.
Connect the account you work from
Open Settings → Email and calendar accounts and choose Connect Google account. Review the history range if shown and complete Google's authorization.
Then check the account's status and message count. Initial synchronization takes time. “Syncing” means the account is still working through that process; it is different from “In sync.”
Review a customer's Emails and Meetings tabs. Email matching uses the contact's address on the thread, and calendar events also appear in Home. An empty day in your calendar does not automatically mean the connection has stopped working.
Make the next conversation better
Imagine an account manager preparing for a kickoff. They can review the customer's relevant conversation history and meetings alongside the record, then use notes to capture the decisions that matter for delivery.
That context is useful when it changes the next action: an unanswered question needs a response, an agreement belongs in the handoff, or a meeting requires preparation.
Create an assigned task for work someone needs to complete. Keeping an email visible does not automatically give that work an owner or deadline.
Choose what your team can see
Use your Google account row's Manage menu to set What your team can see. You can share participants and timestamps, include subject lines, or let teammates open message contents.
These options let you decide whether the team needs evidence of a conversation, its subject, or its contents. Internal-only threads and protected or blocked-address rules can still hide messages.
Sharing another person's messages does not give you permission to send as them. Compose and replies require your own connected Google mailbox.
Log a deliberate copy with forwarding
Forwarding is another way to bring selected email into Ariyel. Under Forwarding address, choose Enable my imports, copy the address, and confirm that it is ready to receive.
Manually forward received mail or BCC outgoing mail from the Ariyel login address shown. Other aliases are not accepted. Check Recent imports to confirm the message arrived; a ready address is not proof of a successful import.
Forwarding does not require a Google connection. It logs deliberate copies, including their bodies and attachments, rather than connecting an outbound mailbox or automatically capturing future replies and calendar events. Disabling imports keeps the existing history.
Keep creation and sending clear
Workspace contact-creation rules are separate from your personal sharing settings. All contacts includes eligible mail and meeting participants, Selective narrows automatic creation to people your team emailed, replied to, or met with, and None disables it.
Sequence sending is separate too. Ariyel Sequences uses a verified sending domain and a connected reply mailbox, while one-to-one compose and replies use your own connected Google mailbox.
Start by connecting the account you work from, choosing a suitable visibility level, and checking a known customer record. The Email and calendar documentation covers connection, forwarding, sharing, and reconnecting.
