Why I Built Ariyel

Hunter

Date: Sept 8th 2026

Location: Denver, Colorado

I didn't build Ariyel because I read a book about systems. I built it because I lived the problem.

I scaled my own service businesses to multi six and seven figures a month, and I'll be honest about what that looked like behind the scenes: it wasn't clean. My business worked because I worked. When I stepped back, leads went unfollowed, new hires floundered, the CRM sat unused, and I was guessing at my numbers. Every time I pushed past a certain revenue level, I hit the same wall.

The business wasn't systemized. It was held together by me.

So I systemized it. Fulfillment. Hiring and onboarding. The CRM. Nurturing. Visibility into the numbers. One by one I took what lived in my head and turned it into something other people could run. When I stepped back after that, the business didn't just hold. It grew.

That became the blueprint for Ariyel. Not a course. Not a framework you download and figure out alone. We come into your business, install the entire backend for you, train your team, and give you coaching from operators who have actually run multi-seven-figure-a-month businesses.

I built it this way because I know what it's like to be the owner holding everything together. Good numbers, ceiling pressing down, a team that means well but can't execute without you hovering. And I know what it feels like when the systems finally carry it instead of you.

That's what Ariyel does. That's the whole point.

If you're doing between $50,000 and $150,000 a month and you know your business is held together by you, you've already felt the ceiling. That's why Ariyel exists.

Before You Ask.

What Ariyel is, who it is for, what is live today, and how your data is handled.

What is Ariyel?

An operating system for a service business. It holds the sales pipeline and the contact records, the tasks and notes attached to them, the checklists for delivering the work, and the courses you train your team with — in one place, under one login.

How is it different from a CRM?

A CRM stops when the deal closes. Most of a service business happens after that: delivering the work the same way every time, keeping a team on track, and training the next hire. Ariyel is a CRM plus the parts a service business normally buys three more tools for.

Who is it for?

Service businesses — agencies, consultancies, education companies — that sell something and then have to deliver it with a team. Ariyel is licensed to a workspace, and access is by invitation rather than public signup.

What is actually built today?

Live now: contacts, companies and deals with custom fields, the filter builder and saved views, tasks, notes, fulfillment checklists, and courses. In build: the numbers behind reports, and the workflow rules engine — the product marks both of these in the interface rather than hiding them, and so does this page.

Do I have to connect a Google account?

No. It is optional and every part of Ariyel works without it. Connecting one adds three things: contacts created automatically from the people you already email in Gmail, the ability to send mail from your own Gmail address inside Ariyel, and your Google Calendar events shown on the records they relate to.

What happens to my email data?

Ariyel reads Gmail message headers — sender, recipients, date and subject — and stores what it needs to build the contact record and show the history. It does not store message bodies or attachments; a body is fetched from Gmail only when you open that message, and is never written down. Google Calendar events are read to show meetings on the record they belong to. It is never used for advertising, never sold, and never used to train AI models. Every scope Ariyel asks Google for is listed in the privacy policy.

Can I disconnect my Google account?

Yes, from Settings, at any time. Disconnecting revokes Ariyel's access, deletes the stored tokens, and deletes the message and event data derived from the account. You can also revoke access from your Google account's own security settings.

How do I get access?

Request access and leave your email — we come back to every application, usually within a day. There is no public signup; workspaces are created by invitation. If you would rather write, hello@ariyel.io reaches the same place.
