What is Ariyel?
Ariyel is an operating system for service businesses. It brings contacts, sales opportunities, follow-up, client delivery, and team knowledge into one workspace, so the people doing the work can see how it all connects.
For many owners, the hard part of growing a service business is keeping everything moving at once. A lead needs a reply. A new client needs onboarding. Someone on the team needs instructions. By the time the day ends, the owner is still stitching the pieces together.
That late-night feeling is the starting point for Night Shift, the short film above. Ari, our purple AI character, steps into a business buried in unfinished work and imagines a more connected morning. The film includes a creative vision for future AI abilities; this introduction walks through the tools you can use in Ariyel today.
Our aim is straightforward: give your business a shared place to manage the relationship, organize the work, and make the next step clear.
Built for businesses that sell and deliver a service
A service business makes a promise before it delivers the result. What happens between those two moments determines how the client experiences your company.
Think of an agency selling a monthly retainer, a consultant starting an engagement, or a service team onboarding a new account. Each needs a way to track the opportunity, remember what was agreed, assign the work, and follow through. As more people get involved, those handoffs need to be visible.
Ariyel is built around that connected process. Its CRM gives contacts and deals a home. Tasks and notes hold the next action and the context behind it. Fulfillment organizes delivery. Courses give your team a place to learn how your business works.
The value is in having those pieces available together. A teammate picking up a client should be able to find the history and the work without asking the owner to reconstruct the whole story.
Keep leads, conversations, and follow-up connected
Sales gets harder to manage when the contact lives in one spreadsheet, the proposal status lives in someone’s head, and the next follow-up is a sticky note.
In Ariyel, contacts hold the relationship and deals track individual opportunities through your pipeline. You can give an opportunity an owner, review its stage, and keep relevant notes and tasks alongside the record.
Tasks give follow-up an owner and a due date. Connected email and calendar bring relevant conversations and meetings into the picture, with visibility controlled by your account and workspace settings.
For planned email follow-up, Sequences organize scheduled steps, delays, and recipient journeys after your sending setup is ready. Your team can review what happened and what comes next.
That gives a sales meeting a useful starting point: which opportunities need attention, who owns them, and what is the next action?
Turn a won deal into a clear delivery process
A signed client brings a new set of responsibilities. Someone needs to send the welcome message, arrange the kickoff, gather the right information, and begin the work your team promised.
Ariyel Fulfillment lets you turn a repeatable service into a template, then start a delivery checklist for a deal. Each checklist has its own progress, owners, and due dates. The template gives the team a starting point; the individual checklist shows where that client’s work stands.
For example, an agency could use a new-client template with steps for kickoff, collecting brand assets, setting up tracking, and launching the first campaign. Each person can see the work assigned to them, and the owner can review delivery across clients.
Workflows connect repeatable events to actions. A configured workflow can respond when a deal enters your won stage, start the appropriate fulfillment, and create a kickoff task. Your team defines, publishes, and checks that process.
This makes the handoff something the business can repeat and improve as it grows.
Give your team context and your business visibility
When every question goes through the founder, a growing team creates a growing queue of interruptions. Shared information gives people a better place to start.
Notes keep decisions and agreements attached to the relevant contact or deal. Courses turn internal training into lessons your team can work through and revisit. New hires have somewhere to learn the process, and experienced teammates have a reference when they need it.
Saved Views help people return to the records that matter to their role. Custom Fields let you capture the details your business actually uses, such as service type or onboarding information.
Reports bring contact and deal data into configurable summaries and charts. You can build a view around a question your team needs to answer, then inspect the underlying records. Useful visibility starts with keeping those records current.
Meet Ari, the AI inside Ariyel
Ari is the purple character you meet in Night Shift and the AI inside Ariyel. Today, Ari helps your team catch up on records and assess lead strength where those features are available and enabled for your workspace.
Ari’s summaries bring a contact or deal’s context into a short overview: who they are, where things stand, the last touch, open items, and the next step. Use Ask Ari to write or refresh a summary before picking up the conversation.
Lead strength gives contacts a rating from Very strong to Very weak based on the available record information and your workspace’s criteria. It gives the team another signal when deciding where to focus attention.
Both features depend on the information in the workspace. Review the record when something needs a closer look. You can meet Ari here or read the guides to summaries and lead strength for setup and availability.
How the pieces work together in a service business
Imagine a small agency starting a conversation with a prospective client. The team creates the contact and a deal, assigns the opportunity, and records what the client needs.
After the discovery call, a note captures the agreement and a dated task keeps the proposal moving. Before the next conversation, the salesperson can review the record and ask Ari for a summary if it is enabled.
When the client agrees to move forward, the team starts its onboarding fulfillment, either directly or through a workflow it has configured. Delivery can review the deal context and its assigned checklist. The people doing the work have a clearer starting point, and the owner can check progress without rebuilding the handoff from messages.
That is the idea behind Ariyel: a client relationship that stays connected as it moves from first conversation to delivery.
Start with one process you want to make easier
You do not have to organize your entire business in one afternoon. Start with a process your team repeats every week: lead follow-up, new-client onboarding, or training a new teammate.
Put the relevant contacts and deals in place. Agree on ownership and the next action. Build one delivery template or training course from the process you already use. Once the team understands it, add automation where it will save a repeated manual step.
Ariyel gives that work a shared home, with room to build more structure as your business grows.
