About Ariyel
Ariyel is a CRM and operating system for service businesses, made by Educo LLC and based in Denver, Colorado. It was founded by Hunter Ezra, who built it after seeing the same five operational gaps in business after business. Ariyel is sold as software, implementation and coaching: we install it in your business, we train your team, and the operators who built it coach you.
What Ariyel is
Ariyel is one workspace for the way a service business sells, delivers and trains. It holds contacts and deals, email and meetings from Google, calls and texts from Quo, follow-up sequences, workflows, client fulfillment checklists, internal courses and reports. Ari, the AI inside Ariyel, writes record summaries and rates every lead.
Ariyel launched publicly with Introducing Ariyel on September 24, 2026.

Ariyel is a product of Educo LLC. Educo operates the Ariyel platform, provisions client workspaces and is the legal entity behind Ariyel's Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

Why Hunter built Ariyel
Hunter built Ariyel to fix a pattern, not a single client's problem. After scaling his own service businesses, he took a deliberately broad offer to market: tell me your three to five biggest constraints and I will fix them. He worked with business after business across different industries, offers and team sizes.
The same five problems showed up every time:
- Leads fell through the cracks because nurturing was missing and the CRM was a mess or did not exist.
- The business was not systemized, so work was random and spontaneous.
- The offer and its fulfillment were not productized.
- Hiring and training new people was painful because there was no internal process.
- There was no visibility into the numbers, so the owner decided on gut feel.

What we believe about your data
Your records belong to you. Under Ariyel's Terms of Service, customer data belongs to the customer, and Educo claims no ownership of it. Educo does not sell personal information, does not share it with advertising networks or data brokers, and does not use customer data to train AI or machine learning models. Ariyel reads Gmail message headers to log email on records; message content is fetched only when a user opens a message and is not retained.
How we build in public
Ariyel ships often and documents what it ships. Every live feature has a guide on docs.ariyel.com, and the public changelog lists recent releases. When something is planned but not live, we label it "Coming soon". For example, the Ari page states which Ari abilities are live today.
