How Ariyel works: the software, installed for you
Ariyel is a CRM and operating system for service businesses, sold together with implementation and coaching. You license the software. Our team installs it in your business, trains your team on it, and the operators who built it coach you while it becomes how your business runs. You do not buy a login and set it up alone.
The short version
Ariyel works in four stages: a call, an invitation, the implementation, then training and coaching.
- Call. You book a call. We look at how you sell and deliver today and tell you whether Ariyel fits.
- Invitation. If it fits, Educo provisions your Ariyel workspace and you activate it with your work email.
- Implementation. Our team sets Ariyel up around your process: pipeline, records, follow-up, delivery checklists and training.
- Training and coaching. We train your team on it and coach you while the new way of working takes hold.
The timeline depends on your setup. We agree it with you on the call.
Why Ariyel is installed, not self-serve
Ariyel is installed for you because the software is only half of the fix. Most service businesses that stall do so because the work runs through the owner. Leads slip, every client gets onboarded differently, and new hires learn by interrupting someone. A new tool does not change that on its own. The process has to be designed, built into the tool, and taught to the team.
That is what the implementation does. Ariyel's founder, Hunter, describes the same five gaps showing up in business after business. They became the Ariyel 5-System Framework:
| System | The problem it fixes | Where it lives in Ariyel |
|---|---|---|
| Visibility | The owner decides on gut feel because nobody can see the numbers | Reports, Home |
| CRM and lead management | Leads fall through the cracks | Contacts, Deals, Tasks, Ari lead strength |
| Productized fulfillment | Every client is delivered differently | Fulfillment templates, Workflows |
| Hiring and onboarding | New hires are trained by hand, by the owner | Courses |
| Nurturing | Leads that are not ready yet go cold | Sequences, Workflows |

Stage 1: the call
The first step is a call with our team. You can book it directly at cal.com/team/educo/ariyel-demo, or choose Request access on the Ariyel login screen, which opens the same booking.
On the call we look at how you get clients, how you deliver the work and where it depends on you. We show Ariyel running on a business like yours. If Ariyel is not a fit, we say so.
Stage 2: the invitation and your workspace
Ariyel is invite-only, and every workspace is created by invitation. There is no open sign-up. Joining the waitlist does not create a workspace.
Once you agree to go ahead, Educo provisions your workspace. You open app.ariyel.io, enter your work email, choose Activate your workspace, set a password (at least 12 characters) and confirm your email. You then invite your teammates as Members, Admins or Owners. Each invitation link is single-use and lasts 7 days. Two-factor authentication is available.

Stage 3: the implementation
The implementation builds your business into Ariyel. We install it in your business: your stages, your fields, your follow-up, your delivery steps and your training, using the parts of Ariyel that are live today.
Your pipeline and records
Contacts and deals are set up to match how you sell. That means your deal stages on a Kanban board, custom fields for the details your business tracks (for example service type), and saved views for each role that can be shared with the whole team.
Your conversations
Each person connects their own Google account (Gmail and Google Calendar). Ariyel imports 30, 60 or 90 days of email headers and meetings onto the matching contacts and deals. If your team uses Quo for business calls and texts, an owner or admin connects it, and calls, texts, voicemail and call summaries land on the same records.
Your follow-up
Sequences are set up for the follow-up you repeat: automated email steps with waits, a sending window, your time zone and business days only. They send from your own verified domain and stop on a reply, bounce or unsubscribe. Ari's lead strength levels are written in your words so the team knows who to call first.
Your delivery
Your delivery process becomes a fulfillment template: each step has instructions, an assignee rule and a due date counted in days from the start. Workflows then handle the handoff. For example, when a deal moves to Won, a workflow can start the onboarding checklist and create the kickoff task.
Your training
Your internal know-how goes into courses: ordered lessons with a video, written notes and links to files. Owners and admins create courses. The rest of the team reads them.
Your dashboard
A report canvas gives you numbers, charts and stage-by-stage funnels from the records your team keeps. Nobody types the numbers in.
Stage 4: training and coaching
Training teaches your team to run the business in Ariyel. Coaching keeps it running after setup. We train your team. The operators who built Ariyel are the ones coaching you.
- Team training. Our team trains your people on Ariyel during the implementation. We agree the format with you on the call.
- Coaching. Coaching is included in every plan. See pricing for what each plan includes.
- Ongoing support. Questions go to hello@ariyel.io.
What changes in your business
Ariyel is meant to take the owner out of the middle of daily operations. When it is running:
- Every lead has an owner, a stage and a next step, and Ari flags which ones are strongest.
- Follow-up emails go out on a schedule and stop when the person replies.
- Every new client goes through the same onboarding checklist, with tasks already assigned.
- New hires learn the process from courses instead of from the owner.
- The owner sees sales and delivery on one screen.
Frequently asked questions
How do I get started with Ariyel?
Book a call. Ariyel is invite-only: every workspace is created by invitation and set up with you during implementation.
Do I need to change my phone system or email?
Ariyel connects to Google Workspace (Gmail and Google Calendar) for email and meeting sync. Calls and texts run through Quo or Dialpad. Quo needs its own paid Quo plan; AI call summaries need Quo's Business plan or higher.
Who owns the data?
You do. Customer data belongs to the customer under Ariyel's Terms of Service. Educo does not sell it and does not use it to train AI or machine learning models.
How much does it cost?
Ariyel has three plans: Core at $500, Growth at $1,000 and Scale at $2,500 per month, plus a one-time implementation fee quoted on the call. See pricing for what is included.
