Ariyel is invite-only. You choose a plan (Core, Growth or Scale), and our team implements it in your business for a one-time fee. Ariyel has three plans: $500, $1,000 and $2,500 per month. Implementation is a separate one-time fee.

Plans
Every plan includes every live Ariyel module: CRM and pipeline, Gmail and Google Calendar sync, email sequences, workflows, fulfillment, courses, reports and Ari. The plans differ in team size, Ari allowance, support and how much coaching and building our team does with you.

Implementation (one-time fee)
Implementation is priced separately from the plan, as a one-time fee. Our team sets Ariyel up around how your business sells and delivers: pipeline stages, fields and views, sequences, lead strength definitions, fulfillment templates, the workflows that hand a won deal to delivery, your first courses and your dashboard. The fee depends on the scope, for example how many pipelines and templates you need and whether we import data. We quote it on the discovery call.
How Ariyel pricing works
Ariyel pricing covers the software and the work to put it into your business. You are not paying for a self-serve login. You are licensing an operating system that our team installs, trains your team on and coaches you through.

What's included in the software
Every Ariyel workspace includes the modules below. All of them are live today.
- CRM: contacts and deals, a Kanban pipeline with your own stages, custom fields, lookup fields, filters, saved views shared with the team, and CSV export.
- Email and calendar: Gmail and Google Calendar sync, with emails and meetings on the right contact and deal.
- Sequences: automated follow-up emails from your own verified domain, with a sending window, business days only, and automatic exit on reply, bounce or unsubscribe.
- Workflows: a visual automation editor with triggers, filters, conditions and delays, and a run history.
- Fulfillment: reusable delivery templates copied onto each won deal as a checklist with owners and due dates.
- Courses: internal training with ordered lessons (video, notes, file links).
- Reports: a drag-and-drop dashboard with numbers, charts and stage funnels.
- Tasks, notes and Home: a daily view of what needs each person.
- Ari: AI summaries of contacts and deals, and a lead strength label on every contact.
- API and webhooks: a contacts endpoint and webhooks for custom connections.
- Quo integration: calls, texts, voicemail and call summaries on the record.

What's included in training and coaching
Training and coaching make sure the team actually runs on Ariyel after setup. The operators who built Ariyel are the ones coaching you.
Costs outside Ariyel
Some connected tools are billed by their own providers, not by Ariyel.
- Google: email and calendar sync uses your existing Google account (Gmail and Google Calendar).
- Quo: calling and texting need a paid Quo plan. AI call summaries need Quo's Business plan or higher.
- Email sending domain: sequences send from your own domain, which needs SPF, DKIM and DMARC set up.

Ariyel is for service businesses that sell and deliver with a team and want the system installed rather than built from scratch. That includes agencies, consultants, coaches and professional service firms.

Pricing FAQ
Why is Ariyel invite-only?
Ariyel is invite-only because every workspace is implemented with the client. Educo creates each workspace by invitation, and there is no open sign-up. Joining the waitlist does not create a workspace.
Does every plan include implementation?
Yes. Every new workspace starts with an implementation, because Ariyel only works when it is set up around how your business sells and delivers.
What happens to my data if I leave?
Your customer data belongs to you under Ariyel's Terms of Service. Contacts can be exported to CSV from the contacts table.
What are Ari Credits?
Ari Credits are the monthly allowance for Ari, the AI inside Ariyel. One credit covers one summary. Lead strength has its own allowance of checks. Core includes 500 credits and 10,000 checks a month, Growth 1,500 and 25,000, and Scale 5,000 and 100,000.
