What does Ari, the AI in Ariyel, do?

Ari does two things today. It writes a five-block summary of any contact or deal from what is on the record, and it labels every contact with a lead strength from Very strong to Very weak. Ari never guesses beyond the record, and every summary says "Can be wrong. Check the record." Ari summaries run on a monthly allowance of Ari Credits.

Which apps does Ariyel integrate with?

Ariyel integrates with Quo and Dialpad (phone systems) and connects to Google Workspace for email and calendar. Quo brings calls, texts and voicemail from your business phone onto contacts and deals, and lets workflows send texts. Ariyel also has an API (bearer token, contacts endpoint) and webhooks, including deal stage changes. Docs: integrations →

Can Ariyel send emails automatically?

Yes, through Sequences. A sequence sends automated email steps with waits, in a sending window and time zone you choose, on business days only if you want. It sends from your own verified domain and stops when the contact replies, bounces, unsubscribes or the deal matches exit conditions.

Can Ariyel onboard new clients automatically?

Yes. A workflow can start a fulfillment checklist when a deal reaches your won stage and create the kickoff task. Each step in the checklist has instructions, an assignee and a due date counted from the start.

Can I train my team in Ariyel?

Yes. Courses hold your internal training as ordered lessons, each with one video (YouTube, Vimeo or Loom), written notes and links to files. Owners and admins create courses, and the team reads them.

Data and security

Who owns the data in Ariyel?

You do. Under Ariyel's Terms of Service, customer data belongs to the customer, and Educo claims no ownership interest in it.

Does Ariyel use my data to train AI?

No. Educo does not use customer data to train artificial intelligence or machine learning models, and does not sell personal information.

Does Ariyel read my emails?

Ariyel reads email headers: who wrote to whom, when, and the subject. Message content is retrieved only when a user opens a specific message, is shown to that user, and is not retained. Each person controls their own Google connection and can disconnect it.

Does Ariyel support two-factor authentication?

Yes. Two-factor authentication with an authenticator app is available at login.
