About Hunter

Hunter founded Ariyel to give service businesses the systems that let them grow without everything running through the owner. Before Ariyel, he built service businesses of his own. In 2020 he founded YourTeams, an outsourcing company that provides managed virtual-assistant teams for sales, marketing, operations and admin. In 2022 he founded Edegree. Both are based in Denver, Colorado.

He then went to market with a deliberately broad offer: tell me your three to five biggest constraints and I will fix them. Working with business after business, across industries, offers and team sizes, he saw the same five problems every time. Those five problems became the Ariyel 5-System Framework, and Ariyel is the software built around it.

What Hunter writes about

Hunter writes about the operations of service businesses: how agencies, consultants and coaches sell, deliver and grow with a team. His articles on the Ariyel blog cover five areas, matching the Ariyel 5-System Framework:

  • Visibility: dashboards, forecasting and the numbers an owner should see weekly.
  • CRM and lead management: pipeline stages, CRM hygiene, lead qualification.
  • Productized fulfillment: turning a service into a repeatable delivery process.
  • Hiring and onboarding: documenting processes and training new hires.
  • Nurturing: follow-up cadences and keeping slower leads warm.
