CRM features for service businesses
Ariyel is a CRM and operating system for service businesses: one workspace for contacts and deals, automated follow-up, client onboarding checklists and team training, implemented in your business by Ariyel's team.
Most CRMs stop at the signed deal. A service business doesn't: after "yes" comes onboarding, delivery, and a team that needs to know how you do things. Ariyel's features are grouped below by the Ariyel 5-System Framework, the five systems a service business needs before it can run without the owner in every conversation.
1. CRM and lead management
Where every relationship and opportunity lives.

- Contacts and records. Contacts hold the relationship; deals hold each opportunity. Each record carries Activity, Notes, Tasks, Files, Emails and Meetings tabs, plus up to 50 fields per object, including custom fields and lookup fields.
- Deal pipeline. A Kanban board with your own stages (new workspaces start with Lead in, Qualified, Proposal sent, Negotiation, Closed won, Closed lost), stage descriptions, per-stage totals and bulk moves.
- Calling and texting through Quo. Calls, texts, voicemails and Quo's AI call summaries are filed on the matching contact and deal.
- Ari lead strength. Every contact gets a label from Very strong to Very weak, measured against level definitions your admin writes.
2. Nurturing
The follow-up that should happen whether or not someone remembers it.
- Email sequences. Scheduled email steps sent from your own verified domain, inside a sending window, with exit criteria such as Reply received or a deal reaching a stage.
- Workflows. Triggers like Field value changed or Call completed run actions like Enroll in sequence, Create task or Send a text.
3. Fulfillment and productization
What happens after the client says yes.
- Client onboarding (Fulfillment). Turn a service into a template of steps, each with instructions, an assignee rule and a due-date offset, then start it on a deal. The fulfillment list groups every client's delivery into Overdue, Due this week, On track and Complete.
4. Hiring and onboarding
How a new teammate learns the way your business works.
- Team training (Courses). Courses with ordered lessons, each holding a YouTube, Vimeo or Loom video, formatted notes and links to files, published only to your workspace.
5. Visibility
Knowing what's happening without asking.
- Reports. A drag-and-drop canvas of Number, Chart, Funnel, Text and Divider blocks built on live contact and deal data. Funnels can show the current stage or historical progression.
- Ari summaries. Ask Ari on any contact or deal writes five short blocks (Who, Where it stands, Last touch, Open, Next step) using only what's on the record.
- Saved views and Home. Named views shared with the team, and a Home screen with your open tasks, fulfillment steps and today's meetings.
What ties the features together
A short example from an agency. A deal moves to Closed won. A workflow listening on Stage starts the "New retainer onboarding" fulfillment template on that deal and creates a kickoff task for the account manager. The account manager opens the deal, chooses Ask Ari to catch up on the sales history, and sends the new hire on the delivery team to the "How we run kickoffs" course. Those are four features working on one record, and nobody had to ask the founder anything.
Implemented for you, not handed over
You license the software, and Ariyel's team sets it up in your business (pipeline stages, fields, workflows, onboarding templates and training courses), trains your team on it, and coaches you as you use it. See how implementation works and Ariyel pricing.
