Pricing model compared

  • HubSpot charges per seat. The CRM product page lists Starter from $15/seat/month (source 3). On the Sales Hub page (7 October 2026), Starter showed from $7/seat/month annual as a new-customer offer and $20/seat/month monthly. Professional is $90/seat/month annual or $100 monthly, plus $1,500 required one-time onboarding. Enterprise is $150/seat/month plus $3,500 onboarding (source 1). The cost grows with every user you add.
  • Ariyel is sold as a package: software, implementation, team training and coaching. Ariyel has three plans per workspace: Core $500 (up to 5 users), Growth $1,000 (up to 15) and Scale $2,500 (up to 40) per month, plus a one-time implementation fee. Coaching is included in every plan. See Ariyel pricing.

Example: a 5-person agency on HubSpot Sales Hub Professional pays 5 × $90 × 12 = $5,400 a year plus $1,500 onboarding = $6,900 in year one, before other Hubs or partner fees. On Ariyel, the same 5-person team fits the Core plan: $6,000 in software in year one, plus the one-time implementation fee. For software alone, HubSpot is often cheaper. The difference is that Ariyel's team implements it, trains your people and coaches you.

Where Ariyel is the better choice

  1. Nobody on your team has time to build the CRM. Ariyel's team implements it around your sales process and trains your team. See how Ariyel is implemented.
  2. Delivery is where clients wait. Client onboarding (fulfillment) copies a delivery template onto each won deal, with owners and due dates, so nothing depends on memory.
  3. You want training next to the work. Team training courses keep your SOPs and lessons in the same workspace as the pipeline.
  4. You want automation designed for you. Workflows and sequences are set up during implementation instead of learned from scratch.
  5. You're a Google Workspace business that wants Gmail and Google Calendar synced with the pipeline.
  6. You want coaching, not just support. Coaching from Ariyel's team is included in every plan.

Switching from HubSpot to Ariyel

Ariyel's contacts API can receive new contacts, with an optional deal, from forms in other tools, and webhooks can push deal stage changes out.

FAQ

Is Ariyel cheaper than HubSpot?

It depends on team size and tier. HubSpot is free for 2 users, and Sales Hub Professional is $90 per seat per month billed annually plus $1,500 onboarding (source 1). Usually not, if you only compare software. Ariyel's plans are $500, $1,000 and $2,500 per month per workspace, plus a one-time implementation fee, and every plan includes coaching. Compare the full cost of HubSpot plus the onboarding fee and the time to set it up yourself.

Can I use HubSpot's free forms with Ariyel?

Yes, through Ariyel's contacts API, which accepts new contacts (with an optional deal) from forms in other tools.

Does HubSpot include implementation?

HubSpot sells required onboarding for Professional ($1,500) and Enterprise ($3,500) Sales Hub (source 1). Onboarding guides your team through setup, and HubSpot partners can do more of the build for an extra fee. Ariyel is sold with implementation by its own team.

Does HubSpot have client onboarding checklists?

HubSpot has tasks, workflows and project templates that teams use for onboarding. We didn't find a feature that copies a delivery template onto a won deal the way Ariyel's fulfillment does [verify]. Ariyel's is described on client onboarding.
