Pricing model compared

Both vendors charge a subscription plus a one-time setup fee. The difference is what each fee covers.

  • Keap starts at $299/month billed monthly, or $2,988 a year billed annually (source 1). That includes 2 users. Extra users are $39/month each, and more contacts cost more. The implementation package is required. On 10 October 2026 it showed $1,500 struck through and $500 as the one-time price (source 2). Payment processing fees and higher text tiers are extra.
  • Ariyel is sold as a package: software, implementation by our team, team training and coaching. Ariyel has three plans per workspace: Core $500 (up to 5 users), Growth $1,000 (up to 15) and Scale $2,500 (up to 40) per month, plus a one-time implementation fee. Coaching is included in every plan. See Ariyel pricing.

Example: a 5-person agency on Keap annual pays $2,988 plus 3 extra users × $39 × 12 = $1,404, so $4,392 a year. Add the $500 implementation package and year one is $4,892, before extra contacts or text tiers. On Ariyel, the same team fits the Core plan: $6,000 in software in year one, plus the one-time implementation fee. Keap costs less. Ariyel costs more and adds fulfillment, team training and ongoing operator coaching.

Where Ariyel is the better choice

  1. Delivery is where things slip. Client onboarding (fulfillment) copies a delivery template onto each won deal. Every step has an owner and a due date. You see progress, the next step and anything overdue.
  2. New hires need to learn your process. Team training courses hold your SOPs and lessons in the same workspace as the pipeline. Keap doesn't list internal training.
  3. You want implementation built around a service business. Ariyel's team sets up your pipeline, fields, views, workflows and sequences around how you sell and deliver, then trains your team. See how Ariyel is implemented.
  4. You want coaching from operators, not just setup calls. Coaching is included in every Ariyel plan, for as long as you're a customer.
  5. You want one focused workspace. Ariyel covers sales, follow-up, delivery and training, set up around how your team works.
  6. You're a Google Workspace business that sells through calls and delivers repeatable services.

Switching from Keap to Ariyel

Ariyel's API accepts new contacts (with an optional deal) from other tools, and webhooks can send deal stage changes out.

FAQ

Is Ariyel a good Keap alternative?

For service businesses that sell through calls and deliver repeatable work, yes. Ariyel adds client fulfillment checklists, team training courses and ongoing coaching.

Does Keap require an implementation fee?

Yes. Keap's pricing page says an implementation package is required (source 1). On 10 October 2026 its implementation page showed $1,500 struck through and $500 as the one-time price (source 2). Ariyel also charges a one-time implementation fee.

Is Keap cheaper than Ariyel?

What does each implementation include?

Keap's package includes a business mapping session, 2 automations launched for you, basic data import, up to 15 hours of migration, up to 2 third-party tools integrated, and strategy calls through month 12 (source 2).
